After upgrading my booking to a room inside the hotel, I was very happy with my room. The rooms are very small for the price compared to other boutique hotels. The service was super helpful, but I had difficulty locating my room and was taken from one room to another without being provided one. The location is perfect near all the places I wanted to go to, especially maintenance-centric, rather rundown, very close to St George's Park for the cricket, and convenient for the airport by 6.45am. The dining was terrible and definitely not worth the 4 stars they have. The facilities are limited and yet comparably expensive, even running out of eggs for breakfast.
